Description
The Angiotensin II Type 1 Receptor (AGTR1) Gene 1166A→C Polymorphism test contains 1 test. The ATR1 receptor gene polymorphism is associated with increased risk for hypertension and cardiovascular risk. Substantial increase in the c allele frequency was observed among patients with severe hypertension, particularly among individuals carrying dd ACE genotype.
